Artist booking by James Beaudreau

My name is James Beaudreau and I’m a booking agent for music artists and a Swiss army knife of arts programming, event management, and communication strategy.

I’ve spent over 35 years in and around the music industry, as a guitarist, composer, bandleader, event manager, communications director, programming director, writer, and more.

I was the Marketing Director for the mastering studio Masterdisk from 2010-2014. I was then the Communications Director and later the Director of Programming at Saint Peter’s Church, known as “the jazz church,” in Midtown Manhattan, from 2014-2024.

From that role, on the “venue” side, I booked artists artists such as William Parker, George Braith, Matthew Shipp, Arturo O’Farrill, and Nicole Zuraitis. I organized and hosted memorial concerts featuring artists such as Elvis Costello, Houston Person, Kenny Barron, Will Lee, Sheila Jordan, and many more.
